  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Delays: Although we strive to process and ship orders promptly, shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or issues with the carrier. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the size of your order. Available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the one that best fits your needs. Shipping methods may include:

6. Tracking Your Order

7. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination country. Wild Suri is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any additional charges once the shipment arrives at the destination country.

Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain carriers. Please provide a valid street address for accurate delivery.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, it may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

9. Order Issues and Damages

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order is damaged during shipping or if you believe it has been lost, please contact us immediately at info@wildsuri.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and may initiate a claim with the carrier.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local postal service. If the package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for further assistance.
