Please note: Currency exchange fees may apply depending on your card issuer or payment service provider. WILDSURI is not responsible for any additional charges incurred through foreign exchange conversions or international banking fees.
3. Billing and Payment Authorization
When you place an order, you authorize WILDSURI to charge the payment method you selected for the total amount displayed at checkout, including shipping fees and applicable taxes (e.g., VAT for UK customers or import duties for international customers).
3.1 Pre-authorization
For certain payment methods, a temporary pre-authorization may appear on your account before the payment is finalized. This helps verify the validity of your card and funds.
3.2 Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

An electronic receipt
Order tracking information (if applicable)

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

5.1 Automatic Cancellations
Orders with failed or pending payments for more than 48 hours may be automatically cancelled. WILDSURI reserves the right to cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or violates our Terms & Conditions.
6. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, WILDSURI may require additional verification for certain transactions, including:

Mismatched billing and shipping addresses
Orders flagged by our fraud detection systems
You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and/or proof of address before we proceed with shipping. These measures are in place to safeguard both parties and prevent unauthorized purchases.

7. Refunds Related to Payment Issues

Please note that WILDSURI does not issue refunds in the following cases:
If the customer inputs incorrect billing or payment details and the transaction fails
If the customer fails to respond to fraud verification emails and the order is cancelled
Bank delays or payment gateway rejections outside our control

8. Invoicing and Taxation
Each order includes a digital invoice/receipt issued at checkout and via email. UK-based customers are charged VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. For international customers, local duties or import taxes may apply based on the shipping destination.
WILDSURI is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities.
9. Subscription or Recurring Payments (If Applicable)
If you choose to subscribe to a product (e.g., lipstick refills, upcoming seasonal boxes), the selected payment method will be billed automatically at the frequency indicated at checkout.
